By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2009 11 8043 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Venue, at the West door of the Court House, in Akron, on

And known as being Lot No. 237 and part of Lot No. 238 (N. 15 x 100 feet), City of Cuyahoga Falls, Summit County, Ohio. The above described premises are better described as follows:

Known as being all of Lot No. 237 and the North 15 feet of lot no. front and rear of Big Falls Allotment as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 24 of Summit County Records.

Property located at: 1564 7th Street, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.

Property appraised at: Sixty-nine Thousand Dollars ($69,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $3,450.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
