at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the Village of Reminderville, County of Summit and State of Ohio:
And known as being dwelling Unit B, Building No. 3 in Ivy Hill of Aurora Shores Condominium Phase A, as described in the declaration of condominium ownership and by-laws attached thereto, recorded in Volume 5376, Page 106 and as shown on the drawings recorded at Plat Book 85, Page 18 through 58 all of Summit County Records, together with the undivided percentage interest in the common areas and facilities as set forth in said declaration, of record, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Property appraised at: Sixty-six Thousand Dollars ($66,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $3,300.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
