Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot Number Four Hundred Twenty-nine (429) of the East Akron Terrace Allotment, the plat of which is recorded in the plat records of Summit County, Ohio, Box 21, Pages 14 to 18, inclusive, together with all the appurtenances there unto belonging but subject to all legal highways, subject to restrictions, limitations and reservations contained in deed recorded in Volume 812, Page 156, Summit County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways and also known as being 664 Essex Street, Akron, Ohio.

TERMS OF SALE: $3,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
