at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Barberton, County of Summit and State of Ohio, and known as being Lot No. 107 of the Siegwarth Allotment in Lot No. 4 in Norton Township made and platted for Herman Siegwarth and Rosa Siegwarth, and recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 40 and 41 of Summit County Records.
Prior Instrument: Deed recorded OR Vol. 5343, Pages 10-11.
Property located at: 247 Hermann Street, Barberton, OH 44203.
Property appraised at: Seventy-two Thousand Dollars ($72,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $3,600.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
